Finding Love, Finding Joy

The true source of experiencing enormous love and joy lies in one act. Discovering and following what excites us the most. Following our excitement each moment each day, all day. Unfortunately for many of us we spend much of our days following and doing what we have come to believe we need to do, rather than following what truly excites us and so would also bring us the joy and love we desire.

Can we truly expect to experience enormous joy, happiness and love in our lives if the first concern we have in the morning upon wakening is to be on time to the job that does not bring us joy and excitement? If 70 percent of our days are filled with activities that do not bring us joy, excitement and love then can the remaining 30% compensate for that? If such the large parts of our days are filled with activities that do not bring us enormous joy, excitement and love all the seminars, books, meditation and affirmations are not going to help. The more time we spend doing things that do not truly bring us joy and excitement, the more money we spend trying to compensate for our growing unhappiness. Unfortunately this ends up bringing us more debt and the end result ties us even more into working at what we dislike. This becomes the self-defeating circle.

Doing the things that excite us is what brings us joy and is the only way that we will ever experience ourselves overflowing with joy, love and excitement. Following our excitement is not one large step like quitting our jobs and spending our days sitting under a palm tree. That is escaping not following our excitement. Following our excitement and thereby creating enormous joy in our lives consists of many small steps each one leading to another. Following our excitement creates a chain reaction that will eventually support us financially. There is a big difference between following the things that truly excite us and doing things that we do to escape the time we spend doing things that do not bring us joy. The trick is to find in each moment the things that would bring us the most excitement and then do whatever we can too follow that excitement even in the smallest way , this causes a chain reaction.

Example of Sandy that dared to follow her excitement

Here is an excellent example of an individual following her excitement and the chain reaction it causes. About a year ago in individual we’ll call Sandy wrote me that she had read my book Living on Love "The Messenger" but stated that sending love had no results for her. After several e-mails we discovered that most of her time consisted of going to the job she thoroughly disliked and it barely financially supported her. I suggested that spending so much time doing what she disliked would not bring about enormous joy and love in her life no matter what she does. Her dream was to travel but that was financially impossible. I suggested that she be more precise about what she wants because just travelling might be an escape. Sandy wrote back stating that perhaps the idea of traveling was more of an escape from her life but that she really had the desire of discovering things like old buildings how they were built and who might have built them and what was their lives like. At that, I suggested that hundreds of people come to the city she lives in as tourists every day for exactly the same reason and she could begin by pretending she herself is a tourist in the city she lives in. She could begin following her excitement exactly where she is. I didn’t hear back from her for several months until I receive a long e-mail explaining that she began to pretend she was a tourist in her own city exploring and discovering the things that really interested her. From old abandoned buildings, houses, mines and farmsteads. Then she bought a used camera and started taking pictures of these buildings and doing short write ups of the research she did for these buildings. Universities, newspapers, museum and architects now seek her pictures and research. She has now become a photographer and also does tours for architects and architect students. Her income has more than tripled and she is now thinking of returning to school in order to become a architect. Following her excitement created a chain reaction constantly bringing her more things to be excited about. By following our excitement we are following the guidance of the larger part of us and are inadvertently headed towards discovering our greatest joy in love for life. Sandy did not know that she had such an interest in architecture. Following our excitement also becomes a self-discovery. We don’t always know exactly what would eventually bring us to the life of enormous joy and excitement. That is something we discover by following our excitement even in the smallest ways because each time we do the things that excite us most it bring us tomorrow's joy and another door opens leading us to enjoy it even more. Following our excitement can eventually lead us to things that at this time we have no idea we would enjoy so much.

What would bring you the most excitement and joy right now? Do as much of it as you can then again ask yourself what can I do now that I would find exciting and would bring me joy? And again do this as much as you can always keeping one eye open for an another opportunity.

March 2001. Updated instructions for sending love by Klaus Joehle

In my first book I gave simple instructions as how to open the energy center near your heart and then using your imagination to activate your will and your intent for love to be channeled through this energy center and then also sent out towards others and or things. Even though the results where there and many people have written me saying how well it has worked for them I was not satisfied. I know what the potential is and I won't stop until I find out how to reach that full potential. It's now been a little over five years since this all started. We have come a long way but still have a long road ahead. Anyway let's get down to it.

Chakra energy centers in your body

Your body has numerous energy centers that some call chakras. There are seven main ones, so they have said but there are nine. If you have read about chakras or have studied them you would have been told about seven chakras or energy centers but there are nine it seems they just forgot to tell us about the other two. If you are into numbers you should have come to the conclusion that there was something not totally right with the number seven. Before we go on you should realize this is my opinion and what I have come to believe but not necessarily right. No one is ever 100% right or 100% wrong.

Having said that lets go on. There are of course more smaller energy centers or energy points but will leave them for later. If you have spent a fair bit of time sending love then you might have realized that there seems to be two energy points near your heart center. There are also two at the top of your head, not one as others have stated. At first you would have started sending love from your heart center as you continued a second chakra would have begun to open. Now some people have written me and asked if opening and sending love is not just opening the heart chakra. Yes and no there is a difference. If for instance you might have a meditation tape that is called opening your chakras, but what are you opening? Each chakra has or appears to have nine energy centers in them that need to be opened in order to do certain things. Also each chakra has an energy point in it equal to what the other chakra has. This is where it starts to get fun. For instance your heart chakra has what I call a valve for love or love energy this is the one that you have been working with. The next part is that all your chakra's have this valve in them. This means that you can open this love valve in all your chakra's and there by increasing the flow of love. But its much more than that. Each chakra does specific things. As an example our second chakra has energy points that involve interaction with other people and the world around us, how we attract people and that in many ways is what comes from it and how people interact with us. Now you can see that by opening that love valve in that chakra can drastically improve how you and other people interact . So as you open that love energy it affects all the energy that is coming from this chakra. So let's look at it this way. Each chakra is a door and as you open this door you find nine different energy valves opened to different degrees. But you also find another door which leads to more energy points these are all the energy points that your other chakras have. That means there is seventy-two more energy points there eight energy points from all the other main chakras. For those that work with numbers you take seventy-two add seven and two and you have nine. I hope that you see what I' m trying to say. I know this is somewhat confusing. Each chakra has nine different energy points which send out different energy one of them being love and what the others do exactly I don't know. Right now all I'm concerned with is love. Now over time I have found for myself that doing exercises to open the chakras without having a specific goal in mind is as useless as a screen door on a submarine. We need to be very specific on what we want to accomplish and I mean very specific right to the last details. Then the energy points needed to accomplish this will open up. If your not specific all that happens is that you end up drawing straws and probably end up with something happening that you do not want or will not improve you life.

When I met both my future selves the one in the future and the one that came to see me they did not give me instructions on how they where able to do the things that they had learned. But I know that the abilities they had, came from the chakras and by being very specific about what they wanted to be able to do, they were able to open the right energy points. We do not need to know which one to open only to be very firm and specific on what we want, then it seems those energy points needed will open.

Since all this got started, I have off and on been trying to move objects using love energy. I was unsuccessful until I began sending love from all nine chakras. It worked instantly the first time bang just like that. But I also noticed that they're where other energy points opening up. Which seemed to help in this matter. I don't know where all of this will lead yet but I know that by sending love from all nine chakras you will be amazed at how much the results will improve and how much faster it will work. I haven't been this excited in a long time. To be honest this discovery came about with the help and generosity of a reader named Rosy. So thank you! This is not a one-man show. The sooner everyone gets together and exchanges ideas and experiences the better we will get at it. And the better it gets the more people will want to try it out and the more success they will have and the result will be what I think will be mind boggling.

I was hoping that some people would take it upon themselves to start some talk groups to share ideas and experiences. this is not something I can add to my plate for it is full.

Be detailed when sending love

Anyway lets move on. Now with sending love the most important thing it being very firm and detailed about what you want this love to do. I know that this is not what I said in the first book but I have come to the conclusion that this is most important thing. Originally I said to just send love and let it do what it wants but as it turns out love is much more powerful if it is sent with a specific intent. Love will still do it in whatever way is best but it is our intent that gives it that (Oh I don't have the word for it.) I have found by just sending love it seemed sort of wishy-washy and seemed to lack the intensity. It seems all that there is or god or whatever has set it up in such a way that love ignites with our will and intent.

So it is our will our intent and desire that seems to ignite love and there by making it the most powerful force known to man. After all you can't build anything if you have nothing in your mind. It took a long time for this message to sink into that thick scull of mine but I finally get it.

Here is a simple example. There is no point in opening your heart and radiating love without having any intent or having any specific desire. Ok you are going to meet some people in a room and you decide that you will fill yourself with love and radiate this love out to all the other people and fill the room with love. But why, what do you want this love to do? Just be there? What? What do you want? Be very specific and be firm on what you want. Like, I want people to absorb this love and I want it to help them feel better. I want it to help them make better and more loving decisions for themselves. I want it to give them peace and a feeling of love and safety in their hectic lives, I want it to also to be a healing love for those that need it. This is of course just an example. But you can see that you are now being more specific about what you want this love to do and by that you are energizing this love. I just do not have the words for what this does to love but it is incredible.

By sending love Roberta creates a fridge

Now if you are trying to create something in your life like a job or you need something you fill it with love from all you chakras but I repeat you need to be very exact on what you want. Be firm, exact and as detailed as possible. I'll give you a funny example. When Roberta my wife move in just before we got married she was impressed with my ability to create things and wanted to try her hand at it. The first thing she felt we needed was a bigger fridge for the one we had was very small. Too small for the amount of people here. So of course, she went to create this fridge. About a week or so after she had started the fridge appeared. It was early morning and I was doing some writing when I heard what sounded like a truck in the yard. Roody was barking. I did not stop to look but waited for the knock on the door. The knock never came so later I got up and went to the patio doors to look out. I could see what seemed like a fridge standing in the middle of our driveway. I got pretty excited and ran outside to look at it. Well she got her fridge and even delivered into our yard but it was the biggest and ugliest fridge I had ever seen. Not only that but it didn't work nor was it washable to the point of being ever able to put food in it. I teased here about that for a long time and still do. You gotta admit that it was pretty funny. I said that next time she should be more specific and ask for things in more detail. I wish I had a picture of it and also of Roberta when she saw it. That was too funny but never the less it was a success in many ways. She did get a little discouraged but did not give up.

Then one day out of the blue she decided that she wanted a pet rabbit. I asked why she said just because. Two weeks later we where walking in the park and came across a very scared tame rabbit that someone had dropped off. The rabbit was totally terrified and was trying to hide from all the dogs in the park under a little bit of snow. Needless to say we now have a happy rabbit that was house trained but has a bad attitude. It eats everything including all the tassels of my carpets. Obviously there is a reason that he was evicted from his last home. And there is a good reason why we need to be very specific in what we want because if you use love you will get it. I want a nice pet rabbit that will want to live with us and will not eat my furniture and will be house trained. Will be happy here and will not eat all my computer wires and a rabbit that will dig in his digging boxes and not the carpet and I don't want it to make me cry.

Direct the flow of love with your intent

Do you see my point? What is it that you want to achieve with sending love? Do you want to help some one find a god job? Do you want to help someone overcome their troubles and challenges? Love will still do what and how it is best for them but you need to direct it with your intent. Think about it there is nothing more powerful than a person that has full intent and will to accomplish something. Add the power of love to that and your smoking! Everything will fall into place like magic.

Now for most people opening that valve that opens the flow of love means you need to have the intent and will for this to happen. In order to activate that intent and will we use our imagination, by imagining and visualizing that we want love to go some where and do something. I have had a few people write me and mention that they were having trouble visualizing clearly. This is not important you do not have to mentally see things very clearly but you must be focused on what you are doing. If you are having problems focusing on sending love and on what you want it to do then you are just not that interested.

Send love and direct your attention at what you are interested in

If you are not that interested then you probably will have uninteresting results. Try to think of something in your life that you like to do so much that it would make you want to doe it more then anything else, even stopping to eat would be a bother. Do you have any trouble concentrating on that? Probably not.

If I'm having trouble concentrating will sending love, to me it is telling me I'm not really that interested in what I'm doing and so I change to something that is in my attention span and of interest. There is a time to go with the flow and there are times to go against the grain but only if your fully dedicated. If you want results from sending love then be dedicated to doing it. These are decisions only you can make. So this is how I send love now. Instead of just from the heart center I start with the first chakra and slowly work my way up until I have all nine glowing and radiating with love. Many people have asked me how I visualize love. I see it as lightning, for the most part. Firstly I visualize each chakra glowing like there are hundreds of lighting bolts coming from it going to where I want them to go. Each time they touch something it gets filled with love. Distance is no problem. If I want to send love to other people in a room I just see in my minds eye hundreds of lightning bolts of love going towards other people. This is just an example it does not matter how you see it only that you have intent, will and desire. Using all your energy centers to send love is a little more work and takes a little more concentration but the results are there and after a while it will become easier. Most of us have spent twelve years in school to learn to read and write and do a little math. If we had started this in grade one, sending love moving objects with love and many other things would be first nature.

As each of your energy centers begins to radiate love you'll begin to notice something-special happening. If you are not sure about the location of you energy centers you can go to any library and read up on chakras. Just add one more near your heart chakra and one more at the top of your head.

In closing many of you have written me asking when the next book will be available. It is called Living on love "The rest of the story" I'm almost finished but still deciding what to leave in and what to take out or whether even to continue with it. That's where it stands and will until a decision is made.
