Reasons for creating extended TOC for "The Messenger" book by Klaus Joehle
Kostya: I created this "extended" Table of Contents for the ease of navigating in "The Messenger" book by Klaus Joehle when I was translating it into Russian language.
I began linking chapter numbers with corresponding parts of the text, but then thought that, maybe, this is not so necessary. Well, tell me if I'm wrong.

1998 Klaus Joehle was proposing to email his first book "Living on Love
-- The Messenger" to everybody who wants, and asked in return for
$5 if
the reader loved the book. I got the book, really loved it and was very glad
to be able to express my gratitude with $5 bill in an envelope. Now
there are better ways of transferring money and PayPal button is one
of them. Actually, $5 is more, than the author usually gets from reader
who buys a book published by a commercial publisher.
